Vintage Shadeless Loft Chandelier

A retro chandelier of bare metal arms with exposed sockets and no shades. Light leaves in every direction, so the chosen bulb becomes the visible detail as well as the source.

Design and materials

The frame is metal in painted black or plated gold, mounted semi-flush with four, six, or eight arms. The stripped-back industrial look suits loft, retro, and modern farmhouse interiors.

Where it works

The four arm version suits a kitchen, hallway, or small dining area, while six and eight arms carry a living room or a longer table. Because the sockets are exposed, choose decorative filament style bulbs and keep the surrounding palette simple.
