Spiral Aluminum Alloy Chandelier

A chandelier formed from a continuous aluminum alloy spiral that winds downward from a flush ceiling plate. The metal shade directs light both up and down, which washes the ceiling as well as the floor and keeps the room from feeling bottom-lit.

Design and materials

The body is aluminum alloy with a metal shade in an iron finish, assembled on site and mounted flush. The sculptural spiral suits modern bedrooms, corridors, stairwells and hotel interiors where a conventional pendant would feel static.

Where it works

The 47.2 and 59.1 in lengths suit a master bedroom or a corridor, while the 86.6 and 98.4 in lengths are built for a stairwell or a double height space. Mount it where the spiral can be read in full from below, and keep nearby surfaces matte so the metal stays the brightest element.
