Rotatable Copper Round Ceiling Light

A round surface-mounted ceiling light with a forged copper body and a rotatable head, so the light can be angled rather than only pointed straight down. It installs flush to the ceiling as a self-contained unit with the LED already fitted. A touch on/off switch controls it directly at the fixture.

Design and materials

The body is copper throughout, polished and forged, in a brushed copper or copper black finish. The shape is a simple shallow drum, so the metal itself and the warmth of the copper tone carry the look. Brushed copper suits Nordic and modern schemes built on wood and warm neutrals, while copper black is more restrained and works where the ceiling has darker fittings. Three diameters make it repeatable across adjoining rooms at different scales.

With 5-10 sq m of coverage, the 30 cm size works as the single fixture in a bedroom, study or dining nook, while the 15 cm and 20 cm versions are better suited to an aisle, balcony, foyer or bathroom, or used in groups along a corridor. The rotatable head means it can be aimed at a wall or a piece of furniture instead of lighting the floor directly. Warm white suits living and sleeping rooms; cool white is the better pick for a kitchen or bathroom where you want crisper light. Output is not dimmable, so set the level with the choice of size and color temperature.
