Tiered Crystal Stair Chandelier

Crystal-set rings descend in narrowing diameters along a single very long drop. The crystal scatters the light sideways at every tier, so the column reads as a continuous band of sparkle rather than a series of separate fittings.

Design and materials

Ironwork carries the crystal rings in sets of six or eight, with diameters from 11.8 in up to 47.2 in and a drop that adjusts from 118.1 in to 137.8 in. The grand modern register suits stairwells, entrance halls and double height living rooms.

Where it works

Both sizes are made for tall spaces, with the six ring set suiting a stairwell of around 110 to 270 sq ft and the eight ring set filling a void or hall up to roughly 430 sq ft. Set it so the widest ring sits above head height at the lower floor, and keep the stair balustrade simple so the two do not compete.
