Gold Crystal Three-Light Ceiling Light

A three-light ceiling fixture combining a plated iron frame with crystal detail, in a gold finish. Three separate E27 lamp holders spread the light across a wider area than a single-source fixture, and because no bulbs are supplied you set the brightness and color temperature yourself. It arrives as an assembly, so the frame and crystal go together on installation.

Design and materials

The structure is iron with a plated gold finish and crystal elements that pick up the light from the three bulbs. The combination is decorative without being ornate, which suits a transitional or glamour-leaning room more than a strictly minimalist one, and gold reads warmest against cream, white and deep painted walls. The crystal is what carries the detail here; the iron frame stays simple behind it.

Where it works

The 8-15 sq m rating puts it in a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, foyer, cloakroom or corridor rather than a large living room, where you would want a wider fixture or more than one. Bulb choice matters more than usual on a crystal fixture: clear bulbs will throw sharper reflections through the crystal, frosted bulbs will give a softer, more even glow. Warm white bulbs suit the gold finish; cool white will make it read more contemporary.
