Firework Burst Metal Chandelier

Dozens of fine metal arms radiate outward from a central plate, each tipped with a small acrylic light. The arms hold the lights at different lengths, so the burst reads as an expanding spray of points.

Design and materials

The arms are painted metal with acrylic tips in a gold or black stoving varnish finish, in light counts of twenty, thirty, forty, fifty or sixty. The bold modern register suits living rooms, lofts, restaurants and bedrooms with a plain ceiling.

Where it works

The twenty and thirty light versions suit a bedroom or a dining area, while the fifty and sixty light versions fill a living room or a loft with the fixture as the only feature. Because it mounts flush, it works in rooms without the height for a pendant; keep the ceiling plain and the walls quiet so the burst reads clearly.
