Black Long Staircase Chandelier

A long chandelier of fine acrylic rods hung at staggered lengths from a painted black frame. The rods light from within, so a tall shaft of space is filled with thin vertical lines of light.

Design and materials

Acrylic rods sit on a painted aluminum frame in black, with integrated LED sources and head counts from one to forty-two. The spare vertical form suits modern villas, hotel lobbies, and open stair voids.

Where it works

Seven to twelve heads suit a landing, corridor, or bedroom, while the 30 to 42 head versions with drops to 236.2 in are sized for a villa stairwell or a lobby atrium. Measure the full void before choosing, and keep the adjacent wall plain so the rods stay crisp.
