Handwoven Bamboo Lantern Chandelier

Natural bamboo is hand woven into a lantern shaped shade with an open, breathable weave. Light passes through the gaps in the weave, so the fixture gives a warm ambient glow and throws a pattern onto the surfaces around it.

Design and materials

The shade is premium natural bamboo, hand woven using traditional craft, and each piece varies slightly in color, texture, and weave. The organic rustic form suits Japandi, farmhouse, boho, and modern natural interiors.

Where it works

Lighting a 10 to 15 square meter area, the 40 cm size suits a bedside, hallway, or reading corner while the 60 cm version anchors a dining table, kitchen island, or entryway. Pair it with linen, unglazed ceramic, and pale timber, and use a warm white bulb so the bamboo keeps its honey tone.
