Rectangular Crystal Island Chandelier

A linear chandelier that suspends dense rows of clear crystal from a polished steel housing. The crystal breaks the light from the E14 bulbs into a bright, even wash directly below, which is why the long format works so well over a work surface.

Design and materials

Stainless steel in a polished finish carries the crystal, giving a mirror-bright frame that recedes behind the glitter. It fits new classical and post-modern rooms, and the rectangular versions bring order to open-plan kitchens and dining spaces.

Where it works

The 39.4 and 47.2 in bars are made for a kitchen island or a long dining table, while the rounds suit a parlor, study or hotel room. Hang it low enough to frame the surface below and keep the surrounding metals in the same cool register as the steel.
