Acrylic Ring Staircase Chandelier

Illuminated acrylic rings stack down a central drop in descending diameters, forming a tapering column of light. Each ring glows along its full circumference, so the light spreads outward at every level instead of pointing straight down.

Design and materials

Ironwork carries acrylic diffuser rings in a coffee, black or gold finish, in sets of three to eight rings with an adjustable drop from 47.2 in (120 cm) up to 118.1 in (300 cm). The clean modern geometry suits stairwells, double height dining rooms and contemporary hotel-style halls.

Where it works

The three and four ring sets suit a dining room or a single-story landing, while the six, seven and eight ring sets are scaled to stairwells and open voids in rooms of roughly 110 to 430 sq ft. Hang it so the smallest ring sits at the top of the drop, and keep the walls plain so the stacked circles stay legible from every floor.
